The feature I like most though is the 99 second timer which is a low heat mode - this will ensure that you will not get any nasty heat spikes or burning pain when curing your gel as it slowly builds up the heat rather than just blasting out the full 48W all at once. There are buttons for 10 seconds (for flash curing), 30 seconds (for gel polish) and 60 seconds (builder gels and top coats). If you need a specific timer setting, you can also do this. If you place your hand underneath the lamp, it will automatically begin to cure, and the timer will begin to count up in seconds. There are some amazing features that this lamp has which makes it stand apart from any I have used before. I have to say that for the price of these plates, they are fantastic and the only problems using them was with me not having the right technique yet, but at least I did better than in my previous stamping video!
